Do not get caught up in real estate analysis paralysis! Today there is so much information on the web that it leads to paralysis. I have had a number of calls lately where the investors have stated they stopped looking at investments because they did not know who or what to believe. The good thing is there is a lot of information out there. The bad news is…it can become overwhelming.

Today will indeed go down in history as the best time to invest and create wealth in America. You do not want to be the person that says, "I wished I would have pursued it further but I got confused." Stop looking so much into every single website and guru in the world! Pick one or two that speak in a fashion that makes sense to you. Whether it be with us here at Equity Builders Group or any other group out there which makes sense to you.

Find the people that give you information that makes the most sense to you, that gives you the information you feel is the best info for you to make sound decisions and stick with them.

Of course if you still are suffering from real estate analysis paralysis, ask yourself, “Do I have an investment plan?" I can pretty much guarantee if you have a plan and stick with one or two sources of information you can be very very successful in real estate investing.
